What is the Dinner Club?
The Dinner Club is a chance for us to stay creative during the off-season of the Summer Kitchen. There is no need to join a club, it is just how we named those exclusive events.
We will start the Dinner Club in the fall, on the weekends that we are not booked for catering or private dinners and will resume it every weekend, starting in January until May or so.
We host the Dinner Club in our intimate dining room, at the Summer Kitchen. We can accommodate about 20 guests per seating, and it is one seating per night, by reservation only.
We offer a tasting menu that changes almost every week, which includes a minimum of 5-courses, showcasing local and seasonal products.

We also offer a thoughtfully curated list of pairings for each course. We select our wine from boutique BC wineries, mainly from Vancouver Island.
